Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Veiyond Rental website. They are a plain-language template pending review by counsel, the operator will finalize binding terms before launch. Booking a vehicle is handled entirely on Turo and is subject to Turo’s own terms.
Booking is handled on Turo
Veiyond Rental lists its vehicles as a host on Turo. All reservations, payments, cancellations, protection plans, and the rental agreement itself are completed on Turo and governed by Turo’s Terms of Service and cancellation policy.
This website is informational. The “Book on Turo” buttons link out to our listings on Turo, where your booking is made. We do not process payments or reservations on this site.
Eligibility
To rent a vehicle you must meet Turo’s eligibility and age requirements, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass Turo’s approval process. Eligibility is determined by Turo, not by this website.
Use of this site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, to learn about our vehicles, read the guide, and reach us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in any unlawful way.
External booking disclaimer
Links to Turo take you to a third-party platform we do not control. Prices, availability, protection options, and policies shown on Turo are governed by Turo and may change at any time. Any price shown on this site is indicative only, the live price on Turo is authoritative.
Vehicle use & responsibilities
During a trip you agree to follow the rules of the road for each vehicle, no smoking or vaping, no off-roading, refuel before return, and keep the car reasonably tidy. Full trip responsibilities, including protection and liability, are defined by the Turo rental agreement you accept at booking.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veiyond Rental is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that apply to your rental under Turo’s agreement or under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Veiyond name, logo, written guides, and site content are the property of Veiyond Rental and may not be reused without permission. Vehicle photography is our own. Turo’s marks belong to Turo.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business and its integrations evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
