Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be truthful about tools we plan to use, Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta pixel, which are gated behind your cookie consent and do not run until you accept.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect what you choose to send, typically your name, email, phone number, and any trip details in your message. When you browse, and only after you consent, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links.
How we use your information
We use contact details to respond to you and coordinate your rental. We use consented analytics to understand what’s useful on the site and improve it. If advertising is enabled, consented data may be used to measure and retarget ads. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
We rely on a few trusted services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Turo, all bookings, payments, and the rental agreement happen on Turo.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel), our planned customer-relationship tool for handling contact messages.
- Google, analytics (GA4) and, if enabled, ad measurement.
- Meta, advertising and retargeting via the Meta pixel, if enabled.
Your privacy rights
Nevada residents have the right under Nevada law (SB 220) to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell personal information, and you can confirm or exercise this choice at any time.

We don’t sell your personal information. To review or change what’s allowed, open your cookie preferences or contact us directly.
Data retention & security
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to help you and to keep reasonable business records, then remove them. We use reputable providers and standard safeguards to protect the limited data we hold.

As we wire up the integrations named above, we’ll update this policy to stay accurate. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
